President Obama Signs Stopgap Spending Bill, Keeps In Place Sequester Cuts

President Obama signed into law March 26 a continuing resolution to fully fund the government until the end of the fiscal year. The resolution, passed by the House and Senate last week, keeps in place unilateral spending cuts known as the sequester, but will keep all cabinets and government agencies running until September (read the complete bill here).
