The letter was signed by Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton, R-Mich.; Communications Subcommittee Chairman Greg Walden, R-Ore.; Joe Barton, R-Texas; Bob Latta, R-Ohio; Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn.; and Tim Murphy, R-Pa. Witnesses for the hearing were not announced.
