  • EU-Russia trade notice. Notice concerning the provisional application in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the EU and Russia relating to the preservation of commitments on trade in services, introduction or increase of export duties on raw materials, the administration of tariff-rate quotas applying to exports of wood, and trade in parts and components of motor vehicles contained in the current EU-Russia Partnership and Cooperation Agreement.   • Import and export license dates for certain food products. Regulation derogating regulations setting the dates for lodging import license applications and issuing import licenses in 2013 under tariff quotas for cereals, rice, sugar and olive oil, and regulations setting the dates for issuing export licenses in 2013 in the out-of-quota sugar, pork, beef, veal, eggs, and poultry sectors.
