  • An application for final commitment for a long-term loan or financial guarantee in excess of $100 million to support the export of commercial aircraft to the United Arab Emirates. The supplier is Boeing and the obligor is Emirates Airline. Comments are due by Dec. 14 via WWW.REGULATIONS.GOV (here).
  • An application for a $20.4 million long-term guarantee to support the export of about $18.4 million worth of mining trucks to the Ukraine. Comments are due by Dec. 3 to economic.impact@exim.gov or by mail to 811 Vermont Avenue, NW, Room 947, Washington, DC 20571 (here).
