PMDDTC Seeking Comment on Information Collection Burden for Form DS-4076
The State Department is seeking Office of Management and Budget approval for an extension of current authority for the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls to collect information for Commodity Jurisdiction Determinations (Form Number: DS-4076). The request was assigned OMB Control Number: 14050163. There is 60 days for public comment. PMDDTC estimated the voluntary information collection requires 10 hours per response, for a total of 12,600 hours.
