- Canadian beef exports. The Harper government said Canadian beef producers will immediately benefit from full market access to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). (here)
- China steel piling pipe. The CBSA made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing in respect to carbon and steel pipe piles originating in or exported from China. (here)
- Grain Farmers Act. Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced that the Marketing Freedom for Grain Farmers Act, Western Farmers now have the freedom to sell their wheat and barley on the open market. (here)
