Canadian Government Notices for July 13

The government of Canada issued the following trade-related notices for July 13 (note that some may also be given separate headlines)

  • Assisted voluntary return and reintegration pilot program (AVRR). The last day of eligibility will be July 13, 2012 to apply for the AVRR program where you can receive up to $2,000 in reintegration assistance. (here)
  • Canadian exports of beef and raw beef products. The CFIA has listed the establishments approved for export by Russia for export of beef and raw beef products. (here)
  • Carbon steel welded pipe. The CBSA has begun an in injury inquiry into the alleged injurious dumping of certain carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from Taiwan, India, Oman, Korea, Thailand, Turkey and UAB and alleged injurious subsidizing from India, Oman, and UAB. (here)
  • Pakistan Potassium silicate solids. The CBSA has announced it will be hearing all case arguments regarding the alleged dumping of certain Potassium silicate solids originating or exported from Pakistan. (here)
