APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for July 3
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service issued emails July 3 announcing changes to some Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Seeds Not for Planting Manual: The Seeds Not for Planting Manual (here) has been updated, transmittal 06/2012-47. Revisions, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin, are as follows:
- Page 3-21, Table 3-18, Faba bean (Vicia Faba): Changed authority from 7 CFR 319.56 to 7 CFR 319.37; deleted Canada and Mexico from table title and added North America
