The correct value of disposition code 97 should be Conveyance Departure (In-bond) is:
97 Conveyance Departure (In-bond) - Generated when a truck manifest conveyance carrying an in-bond is allowed to leave the port of first arrival. This message indicates that the in-bond is enroute to its destination and can be arrived at the destination port.
