(On November 29, 2011, commercial availability requests were filed (i) alleging that certain heather color and solid color 100% polyester circular knit three end fleece fabrics classifiable under HTS subheading 6001.92.0000 cannot be supplied by the domestic industries or Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, or Honduras industries in commercial quantities in a timely manner; and (ii) asking CITA to allow these fabrics to be sourced from outside the DR-CAFTA region without destroying eligibility for DR-CAFTA treatment of certain apparel.

See ITT’s Online Archives 11120141 for summary of CITA’s receipt of the requests.)
