Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow the posting of a bond or security, in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of the subject merchandise exported by each company, until the completion of this new shipper review. Specifically, this bonding privilege will only apply to entries exported by Fuyi which have been produced by Jinxiang Shenglong Trade Co., Ltd. and entries exported by May Carrier which have been produced by Yishui Hengshun Food Co., Ltd.

(The review period is 11/01/10 - 10/31/11. See ITA notice for more information, including deadlines for the preliminary and final results, etc.)
