UAE Steel Nails: Prelim AD Determination Postponed

The International Trade Administration is postponing the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation of certain steel nails from the United Arab Emirates (A-520-804), pursuant to a timely request by the petitioner. The ITA finds no compelling reason to deny the request; therefore, it is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination by 50 days to October 27, 2011 (from September 7, 2011).
