Mexico Steel Wire Rod: Final Results of AD Changed Cir Review
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty changed circumstances review of carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico (A-201-830) in which it finds that ArcelorMittal las Truchas, S.A. de C.V. (AMLT) is the successor-in-interest to Siderurgica lazaro Cardenas las Truchas S.A. de C.V. (Sicartsa) and, thus should receive the same AD duty treatment as Sicartsa (AD duty rate of 1.26%). The rate, which is officially effective July 29, 2011, is expected to be implemented by CBP soon.
