ITA Postpones Prelim CV Determination to Aug 29
The ITA states that the petitioners in this investigation made a timely request for postponement of the preliminary CV duty determination to 130 days from the initiation date.
The ITA finds no compelling reason to deny the request; therefore, it is extending the due date for the preliminary determination to no later than August 29, 2011 (extended from June 24, 2011).
