ITC Finds Prelim AD/CV Injury in China & Mexico Wire, UAE Nails, China & Taiwan Brightener Cases

The International Trade Commission has announced its preliminarily affirmative injury determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of galvanized steel wire from China and Mexico; steel nails from the United Arab Emirates; and stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan; and in the countervailing duty investigation of galvanized steel wire from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its investigations, with its preliminary CV duty determination due on or about June 24, 2011, and its preliminary AD duty determinations due on or about September 7, 2011.
