ITC Finds Prelim AD/CV Injury in Korea & Mexico Fridge-Freezers, China Wheels Cases

The International Trade Commission has announced its preliminarily affirmative injury determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of bottom mount combination refrigerator-freezers from Korea and Mexico and certain steel wheels from China, and in the countervailing duty investigations of refrigerator-freezers from Korea and steel wheels from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its investigations, with its preliminary CV duty determinations due on or about June 23, 2011, and its preliminary AD duty determinations due on or about September 6, 2011.
