ACE ABI CATAIR Importer/Consignee Create/Update Chapter Revised

According to CBP's ACE ABI CATAIR Change Record for 2011, the Importer/Consignee Create/Update chapter was updated on March 16, 2011 to correct output record descriptions. This chapter provides input and output record layouts for ABI filers to add information to or update existing name and address information in the Importer/Consignee File. This process was previously identified with CBP Form (CBPF) 5106 (Notification of Importer's Number or Notice of Change of Name or Address).
