Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
ACE shall provide the ability for more than one surety to view entry/entry summary data for an importer. An importer may use one surety for a continuous bond and a different surety for the single transaction bond (i.e. ADD or CVD). In addition, there are bonds with more than one surety on the bond (“co-surety”). All sureties should have access to that data, not just the surety for the continuous bond. A new field to notify the surety of a change in exposure is also required (i.e., entry cancellation, superseding bond). All sureties and their bond type should be identified.
