Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

CBP will be informed of the final TRQ limit in March 2011, at which time CBP will issue proration and liquidation instructions to the field/trade. CBP notes that if a warehouse entry is liquidated prior to CBP's receipt of the final TRQ limit, CBP recommends that the importer file a protest to ensure proper processing of any applicable refund once the final proration is determined.

(See ITT's Online Archives or 12/22/10 news, 10122206, for BP summary announcing the opening of this TRQ.)
