Korea Stainless Steel Cooking Ware: AD/CV Duty Orders Revoked

The International Trade Administration is revoking the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on top of the stove stainless steel cooking ware from Korea (A-580-601 and C-580-602), pursuant to the final results of its five-year sunset reviews.

Domestic Interested Parties Did Not Participate in Sunset Reviews

The ITA states that no domestic interested party filed a notice of intent to participate in these sunset reviews; therefore, it finds that no domestic interested party is participating in the reviews.

AD/CV Suspension of Liquidation/Cash Deposits Terminated Nov 17/Nov 22

The effective date of revocation of the AD duty order is November 17, 2010; the effective date of revocation for the CV duty order is November 22, 2010.

The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to terminate the AD suspension of liquidation and the collection of AD duty cash deposits on the merchandise subject to this order1 with a time of entry on or after November 17, 2010.

The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to terminate the CV suspension of liquidation and the collection of CV duty cash deposits on the merchandise subject to this order1 with a time of entry on or after November 22, 2010.

Entries of subject merchandise prior to the effective dates of revocation will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and AD and CV duty cash deposit requirements.

ITA Will Complete Pending Reviews on Entries Prior to Revocation Dates

The ITA will complete any pending administrative reviews of these orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to the effective dates of revocation in response to appropriately filed requests of review.
