India PET Film: Prelim Results of CV New Shipper Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of the new shipper review of the countervailing duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India (C-533-825) covering the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
