India PET Film: Prelim Results of CV New Shipper Review
The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of the new shipper review of the countervailing duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India (C-533-825) covering the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Preliminary Results of Review
The ITA has preliminarily determined that the following countervailable subsidy exists for the period of review:

Estimated Cash Deposit Requirement and Assessments Not Yet in Effect
The estimated CV cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
