China Apple Juice Concentrate: Final Results of AD New Shipper Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty new shipper review of certain non-frozen apple juice concentrate from China (A-570-855) for the review period of June 1, 2009 through January 20, 2010.

Final Results of Review

As a result of this review, the ITA determined that the following margin exists for the period of review:

Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements

The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for shipments of subject merchandise by LXFI with a time of entry on or after December 28, 2010:

  1. For subject merchandise produced and exported by LXFI, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established in the final results of this review;
  2. For subject merchandise exported by LXFI but not manufactured by LXFI, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the PRC-wide rate (i.e., 51.74 percent); and
  3. For subject merchandise manufactured by LXFI, but exported by any other party, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA will determine, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection shall assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries. It has calculated importer-specific duty assessment rates, and will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review if any importer-specific assessment rate calculated in the final results of this review is above de minimis. The ITA will issue assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days after December 28, 2010.
