India Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products: Amended Final Results of CV Admin Review

The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review of certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India for the period of review January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 (C-533-821), to reflect a Court of International Trade (CIT) order.

Amended Estimated CV Cash Deposit Requirements

In accordance with the CIT’s order, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect cash deposits at the following amended estimated CV duty rate on shipments of the subject merchandise produced by JSW during the review period with a time of entry on or after December 22, 2010 .

Assessment Instructions

In accordance with the CIT’s order, CBP shall assess CV duties on all appropriate entries covered by these amended final results. The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after December 22, 2010.
