CBP Announces Adjusted Final AD Rates for Seamless Pipe from China
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued an ADD/CVD message which contains the adjusted estimated antidumping duty rates for the mandatory and separate rate respondents under the International Trade Administration's final amended AD duty determination and order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe (seamless pipe) from China (A-570-956).

(The ITA previously determined that mandatory respondents TPCO’s and Hengyang’s merchandise benefitted from export subsidies, and their estimated AD duty rates, as well as the rates for the separate rate respondents, should be reduced for the export subsidy portion of the rate determined in the amended final countervailing duty determination.)
Reduced Estimated AD Cash Deposit Rates Effective Nov 10
The ITA has directed CBP to require a cash deposit for shipments of seamless pipe from China with a time of entry on or after November 10, 2010 for the following exporter/producer combinations, at the following adjusted AD duty rates:
