China Chlorinated Isocyanurates: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period of June 1, 2008 through May 31, 2009 (A-570-898).

Final Results of Review

As a result of this review, the ITA determined that the following margin exists for the period of review:

Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements

The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for all shipments of subject merchandise from China with a time of entry on or after November 17, 2010:

  1. For subject merchandise exported by Jiheng, the cash deposit rate will be 2.66 percent;
  2. For previously reviewed or investigated exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
  3. For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise, which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 285.63 percent; and
  4. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA will issue assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days after November 17, 2010. The ITA has calculated importer-specific assessment rates for merchandise subject to this review.
