China Steel Grating: ITA Corrects Final AD Determination and Order

The International Trade Administration has issued a notice of correction to its notices of final antidumping duty determination and issuance of AD duty order on certain steel grating from China (A-570-947). The ITA states that in both of its Federal Register notices (published June 8 and July 23, 2010, respectively), it reversed the headings for the “Manufacturer” and “Exporter” in the rate tables printed in the notices, and they should have indicated that Ningbo Haitian was the exporter, and that Ningbo Lihong was the manufacturer.
