Brazil Stainless Steel Bar: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar from Brazil (A-351-825) covering the period February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results of this administrative review.

Preliminary Results of Review

The ITA has preliminarily determined that weighted-average dumping margins exist for the following respondents for the period February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010, as follows:

Estimated Cash Deposit Requirement and Assessments Not Yet in Effect

The estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
