China Preserved Mushrooms: Prelim Results of AD New Shipper Reviews

The International Trade Administration is conducting new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from China (A-570-851) covering the period February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results of these new shipper reviews.

Preliminary Results of Review

The ITA preliminarily determined that weighted-average dumping margins exist for the following respondents for the period February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010, as follows:

Estimated Cash Deposit Requirement and Assessments Not Yet in Effect

The estimated AD cash deposit requirements at the above rates for the listed firms will be effective upon publication of the final results of these new shipper reviews for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date. In addition, the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate without regard to duties if the final results are the same as the preliminary results.
