The International Trade Administration is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products from India covering the period September 1, 2008, through August 31, 2009 (A-533-843). Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results of this administrative review.

Estimated Cash Deposit Requirement and Assessments Not Yet in Effect

The estimated AD cash deposit requirements at the above rates for the listed firms will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date. In addition, the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate without regard to duties if the final results are the same as the preliminary results.
