China Pneumatic OTR Tires: Preliminary Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road (OTR) tires from China covering the period February 20, 2008 through August 31, 2009 (A-570-912). The administrative review covers six exporters.

The ITA has preliminarily determined that certain exporters who participated fully and are entitled to a separate rate sold subject merchandise to the U.S. at prices below normal value during the period of review. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements and Assessments Not Yet in Effect

The estimated AD cash deposit requirements at the above rates for the listed firms will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date. In addition, the ITA will determine, and CBP shall assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review.
