China Lined Paper Products: Preliminary Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration is conducting the third administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain lined paper products from China with respect to four producers/exporters for the period September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009 (A-570-901). Three producers/exporters have been preliminarily rescinded and do not have preliminary margins.

Preliminary Results of the Administrative Review

The ITA has determined that the following preliminary dumping margin exists for the period September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009:

Estimated Cash Deposit Requirements and Assessment Not Yet in Effect

The estimated AD cash deposit requirements at the above rate for the listed firms will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date. In addition, the ITA will determine, and CBP shall assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review.
