Mexico Seamless Refined Copper Pipe and Tube: Final Affirmative AD Determination

The International Trade Administration has made a final affirmative antidumping duty determination that seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico is being, or is likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value (A-201-838).

AD Suspension of Liquidation Continues

The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to continue to suspend liquidation of all entries of subject merchandise from Mexico with a time of entry on or after May 12, 2010.

Estimated AD Cash Deposit/Bond Requirements

The ITA will also instruct CBP to continue to collect estimated AD duty cash deposits or bonds on all entries of subject merchandise from Mexico. Those with a time of entry on or after October 1, 2010 will be at the revised estimated AD duty rates below.

(If the International Trade Commission issues a final affirmative injury determination, the ITA will issue an AD duty order. If the ITC determines that material injury or threat of material injury does not exist, this proceeding will be terminated and all estimated duties deposited or securities posted will be refunded or canceled.)
