China Aluminum Extrusions: Alignment of Final AD/CV Determinations

The International Trade Administration has issued a notice announcing that it is aligning the final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of aluminum extrusions from China with the final determination in the companion antidumping duty investigation.

Final AD/CV Determinations Scheduled for Jan 10, 2011

Pursuant to a request by the petitioners, the ITA is aligning the final CV duty determination with the final AD duty determination, which is currently scheduled for January 10, 2011.
