ITA Postpones Preliminary AD Determination to October 27

The petitioners in this investigation made a timely request for a 65-day postponement of the preliminary determination, in order to allow additional time for the review of questionnaire responses.

Because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary AD duty determination by 50 days to no later than October 27, 2010.

The deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.
