China Wooden Bedroom Furniture: Final Results of AD Administrative Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of wooden bedroom furniture from China for the period of January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008.

(a) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(b) For all China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 216.01%; and

(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after August 18, 2010. The ITA calculated exporter/importer- (or customer-) specific assessment rates for subject merchandise.

The ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate entries containing subject merchandise exported by the China-wide entity at the China-wide rate of 216.01% determined in these final results of this review.
