India Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products: Final Results of CV Duty Administrative Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review of certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India for the period of January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after July 26, 2010 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Tata with a time of entry during the review period, at the CV duty rate listed above.

For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA will instruct CBP to assess CV duties at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry during the review period.
