The ITA initiated this review to determine whether SNR Roulements S.A. is the successor-in-interest prior to acquisition by NTN Bearing Corporation of America (NBCA).

ITA Finds 13.32% AD Rate Applies to Post-Acquisition SNR

The ITA has made a final determination that, after acquisition by NBCA, SNR is the successor-in-interest to pre-acquisition SNR, and, as a result, should be accorded the same AD duty treatment as pre-acquisition SNR.

Therefore, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect cash deposits at 13.32% (the AD duty rate found for pre-acquisition SNR in the most recently completed review) for entries made by post-acquisition SNR with a time of entry on or after June 18, 2010.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.
