China Aluminum Extrusions: Postponement of Preliminary CV Duty Determination

The International Trade Administration has issued a notice that it is postponing the preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation of aluminum extrusions from China.

ITA Postpones Preliminary CV Determination to August 30

The petitioners in this investigation made a timely request for a 65-day postponement of the preliminary determination. Therefore, the ITA is fully extending the due date for the preliminary determination to no later than 130 days after the day on which the investigation was initiated, which is August 30, 2010.
