1The ITA has preliminarily found an AD duty rate of zero for Toscelik; however, it will remain subject to the order if finalized.
2The ITA has preliminarily found that the Yucel Group had no shipments or sales subject to this review. The preliminary 3.28% AD duty rate is the rate from the last segment of the proceeding (the 2004-2005 review) in which it had shipments or sales.
(In the India investigation, the ITA has also preliminarily found that Lloyds Steel Industries Limited (LSIL); Makalu Trading Pvt. Ltd.; Universal Tube and Plastic Ind.; Ushdev International Ltd.; and Uttam Galva Steels Ltd. had no shipments or sales subject to the review, and either each firm has no previous individual rate or it reported that its supplier had knowledge that its merchandise was destined for the U.S.; therefore, no rates are listed for these companies.)
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results for Turkey are currently due within 120 days of June 11, 2010, and the final results for India are currently due within 120 days of June 14, 2010.
