China Hand Trucks: Final Results of AD Duty Administrative Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of hand trucks and parts thereof from China (A-570-822) for the period of December 1, 2007 through November 30, 2008.

(a) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(b) For all China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 383.60%; and

(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after May 25, 2010. The ITA has calculated importer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
