State Dept Terminates Sanctions Against Russian Entity
The State Department has determined to terminate, effective May 21, 2010, sanctions imposed on Rosoboronexport (ROE) of Russia pursuant to Section 3 of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act, which were imposed effective October 23, 2008.
