Preliminary Results of AD Administrative Reviews
The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping duty administrative reviews:

ITA Preliminarily Finds No Sales by SMW, Auto Assessment if Finalized
In the Russian magnesium metal review, the ITA preliminary finds that Solikamsk Magnesium Works (SMW) had no sales to the U.S. during the period of review. However, pursuant to its “automatic assessment” clarification of May 2003, the ITA finds that it is more consistent not to rescind the review in part in these circumstances but rather to complete the review with respect to SMW and issue appropriate instructions to CBP based on the final results of the review.
Therefore, the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate any existing entries of merchandise produced by SMW and exported by other parties at the all-others rate should it continue to find at the time of its final results that SMW had no shipments of subject merchandise. Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results of the review for China are currently due within 120 days of May 14, 2010.
