DDTC Releases D-Trade2 Version 2.3.1, Recommends Lotus Form Upgrade
The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls has released a new version of D-Trade2 (Version 2.3.1) as of May 8, 2010, and has issued a release notes document and notice recommending an upgrade for viewing DSP forms.

DDTC’s release notes provide specific information for this release, including its interface with the internal D-Trade2 system, new features/functionality, known software issues/limitations, and previous bug fixes. DDTC notes that users should refer to its release notes document prior to reporting any new bugs.
DDTC Recommends Lotus Viewer 3.5.1 in Support of New D-Trade Version
In its release notes, DDTC has added IBM Lotus Viewer 3.5.1 as a DSP form viewer in support of D-Trade2 Version 2.3.1 (in addition to PureEdge™ Forms).
DDTC has also issued a notice to advise industry users who have upgraded to the Windows XP or 7 operating systems and Internet Explorer 7 or 8 that there are reported issues with the use of PureEdge View version 6.5, and recommends that such users download and install IBM Lotus Forms Viewer version 3.5.1 to resolve these issues.

(In its release notes, DDTC also updated its resolved external application and batch specific issues, and has removed the section on known batch specific issues listed in the previous release notes for D-Trade2 Version 2.3.)
