AD: Mexico Certain Circular Welded Non-Allow Steel Pipe
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico for the period of November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2008.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 04/19/10:

(a) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, but was covered in a previous review or the original AD investigation, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the original AD investigation, but the manufacturer is, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise; and
(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be 32.62%, the all-others rate established in the AD investigation.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (11/01/07 -- 10/31/08)
The ITA will issue assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 41 days after April 19, 2010 to assess AD duties on appropriate entries by applying the assessment rate to the entered value of the merchandise.
