AD: India Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp

The ITA is initiating this review to determine whether Srikanth International is the successor-in-interest to NGR Aqua International.
ITA to Assign NGR's AD Rate to Srikanth if Successor-in-Interest
According to the ITA, if the evidence demonstrates that, with respect to the production and sale of the subject merchandise, Srikanth operates as the same business entity as NGR, the ITA will assign Srikanth the AD duty cash deposit rate of NGR (currently 0.79%).
