AD: India Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp

The International Trade Administration is initiating an antidumping duty changed circumstances review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India.

The ITA is initiating this review to determine whether R.D.R. Exports is the successor-in-interest to Jaya Satya Marine Exports Pvt. Ltd.

ITA to Assign Jaya Satya's AD Rate to R.D.R. If Successor-in-Interest

According to the ITA, if the evidence demonstrates that, with respect to the production and sale of the subject merchandise, R.D.R. operates as the same business entity as Jaya Satya, the ITA will assign R.D.R. the AD duty cash deposit rate of Jaya Satya (currently 0.79%).
