CV: China Certain Potassium Phosphate Salts
The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain potassium phosphate salts from China.

CV Suspension of Liquidation
The ITA is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation for CV duty purposes entries of subject merchandise from China with a time of entry on or after March 8, 2010.
CV Cash Deposit Requirements
The ITA is also directing CBP to require a CV duty cash deposit or bond for all entries of subject merchandise from China with a time of entry on or after March 8, 2010, at the following CV duty rates:

Final CV Duty Determination Aligned with Final AD Duty Determination
The ITA is also aligning the final CV duty determination with the final determination in the companion antidumping duty investigation of potassium phosphate salts from China.
The final CV duty determination will be issued on the same date as the final AD duty determination, which is currently scheduled to be issued no later than May 24, 2010.
