Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/08 - 01/31/09)
The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after March 5, 2010.
Because it is relying on total adverse facts available to establish the AD duty rates for Hyosung, Hyundai Mipo, and JeongWoo, the ITA will instruct CBP to apply an assessment rate of 32.70% to CTL plate from Korea that was produced and/or exported by these companies with a time of entry during the review period.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, the rescission of the review for Daewoo International Corporation, etc.
See ITT's Online Archives or 09/25/09 news, 09092540, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
