AD: China Wooden Bedroom Furniture
The International Trade Administration has initiated new shipper reviews for the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China with respect to the following exporter/producer combinations and review period:

Posting of Bond in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit Allowed
The ITA will instruct the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting, until the completion of the review, of a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for each entry of the subject merchandise from Dongguan Huansheng, Hangzhou Cadman, and Wanvog.
Because Dongguan Huansheng and Wanvog certified that they both produce and export the subject merchandise, the ITA will apply the bonding privilege to each respondent only for subject merchandise that the respondent both produced and exported. Because Hangzhou Cadman certified that it exported subject merchandise produced by Haining Changbei, the ITA will instruct CBP to permit the use of a bond only for entries of the subject merchandise produced by Haining Changbei and exported by Hangzhou Cadman.
Preliminary Results and Final Results
The ITA intends to issue the preliminary results of these reviews no later than 180 days from March 1, 2010, and the final results of these reviews no later than 270 days from March 1, 2010.
