Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/07 - 12/31/07)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after February 10, 2010 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Jindal with a time of entry during the review period.
